Domestic Shipping

  1. Orders are shipped by Avarya are done through our registered courier companies or by speed post.
  2. In case you book multiple order for products in one transaction, Avarya would endeavor to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible due to some product characteristics and/or logistics issues. If you purchase multiple products in a single transaction, then all the products would be dispatched to a single shipping address given by you. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, then you should book the orders separately based on the delivery address.
  3. Dispatch happens every 4rd day from our store.
  4. Avarya Retail Pvt Ltd is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and we only guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer registered while placing the order.
  5. We take utmost care in packing the items. If you get items in a damaged state, please send us the photographs, we will take this up with our courier company.
  6. Shipping charges are additional and are as per actual. Shipping charges is based on the total weight of the products or volumetric weight (which ever is higher) Shipping charges vary depending on the total weight of the parcel and the place of delivery. This will be added separately after you finish.

Shipping Perishable Items

Our sweets, bakery items, and farsan are carefully packed using food-safe, air-tight, and insulated packaging to maintain freshness during transit. However, please consider the following:

  • Some products may have a limited shelf life and are best consumed within a few days of delivery.
  • We recommend selecting express shipping for highly perishable items.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs that may affect product freshness.
